Teala Loring

Teala Loring (b. October 6, 1922-d. January 28, 2007) was an American actress who appeared in more than 30 films during the 1940s.

Born Marcia Elise Griffin in Denver, Colorado, she had three sisters, all of whom became actors themselves. Her roles included a cigarette lady in Holiday Inn and a telephone operator in Double Indemnity, among others. During the 1945-46 season, she starred in several films produced by the Poverty Row studio Monogram Pictures, including Fall Guy, Allotment Wives, and Wife Wanted. Her final film, Arizona Cowboy, displayed her costarring with Rex Allen in his screen debut, was introduced in 1950. She died at the age of 84 in 2007 after an automobile accident in Spring, Texas.
