Tyler Perry Presents Peeples is an upcoming film starring Kerry Washington and Craig Robinson. Written and directed by Tina Gordon Chism, and co-produced by Tyler Perry, it is currently set for a May 10, 2013 release date through Lionsgate films.
Plot[]
The film centers around the Peeples, a wealthy East Coast family and "average Joe" Wade Walker. As the Peeples celebrate a family reunion weekend in the Hamptons, Walker (Craig Robinson) crashes the retreat to announce his surprise engagement to their daughter Grace (Kerry Washington).
